At Mei Ume, Head Chef Tony Truong devises a celebratory tasting menu priced at £175 per guest featuring Chinese and Japanese dishes with highlights of Stir-fried Prawns with Spring Onion and Braised Conpoy with Shitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce as well as a line-up of signature dish available on our a la carte menu.
